Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition

• Clean, unworn, and free of pet hair

• With original tags still attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your sweater for a different size, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability, as we produce in small batches.

We recommend measuring your dog carefully before ordering — but we’re always happy to help if you’re unsure about sizing.

Final sale items

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Your order number

• The item you’d like to return or exchange

• A brief note letting us know what didn’t work

We’ll get back to you as soon as we can with next steps.

A note on small-batch production

Because our pieces are made in small runs, we encourage thoughtful purchasing and careful measuring before ordering. That said, we understand that fit can sometimes be tricky, and we’ll always do our best to help. Thanks for understanding and supporting small!
